Description
It is a cement-based adhesive mortar with high adhesion strength, used for bonding products such as
ceramic porcelain, granite marble, natural stone, glass mosaic and pressed bricks with reduced flexible
slip property, with extended working time. ( C2 = cement-based adhesive with improved additional prop-
erties, T = slip feature reduced, E= extended on hold time S1 = flexible)
Field of Application
• Indoors and outdoors, on terraces and balconies
• In places exposed to constant water, such as swimming pools
• In the application of 40x40 cm and larger sized coating materials
• In places where there is heavy freight traffic or where temperature changes
are high for bonding materials such as granite ceramic, marble, and natural granite where the temperature difference is large.
• In applications on gypsum plaster, gypsum panel, gas concrete and exposed concrete

Application Instructions
Surface Quality: The surfaces must be clean, smooth, solid and at the same time in balance. Weak parts must be removed and damaged surfaces repaired. There should be no oil, dirt and rust on the surface.
Surface preparation: If the application will be made on marble, ceramic and palette, the surfaces should be roughened. The concrete floor should be moist but not puddled.
Mixing: 6.0 -6.5 liters of clean, clear water taken from normal ambient temperature is poured into a clean container that is free of any substance preventing adhesion. Flex Adhesive, which is in a 25 kg begin powder form, is poured into the container filled with water. It is mixed with a low-speed mixer fitted with a ceramic mixer until a lump-free homogeneous mixture is obtained. The mortar obtained at the end of the process should be rested for 5-10 minutes and mixed again for 1-2 minutes until it becomes homogeneous.
Application Method
- The product may cause irritation on skin contact, work clothes, protective gloves, masks and goggles should be used. Before Starting work, a protective cream can be applied to the hand. In case of contact with the eyes, the eyes should be immediately washed with warm water and doctor should be consulted.
- (+)35 C, it should be covered with nylon or heat insulation plates should be laid to prevent it from being exposed to sudden water loss. Joint filling should be started at least 24 hours after Flex Adhesive application.
- Do not add foreign matter.
- After application, it should be protected against adverse weather conditions such as direct sunlight, strong wind, high air temperature (+)35 C, rain and frost. Cleaning should be done with water before flex adhesive is fully cured and hardened. Wash hands and face thoroughly with soap and warm water immediately after application.
- Equipment should be washed with water immediately after the application before the mortar hardens. Combined method should be preferred for applications to be made in places where there is heavy pedestrian and freight traffic or where temperature changes occur.
