Company Profile
Passive House is the international construction standard are focusing on comfort, energy efficiency, affordability, and sustainability. The goal of Passive House is to create buildings that are comfortable to live in, healthy for the inhabitants and the environment, and affordable to maintain. It's a concept adopted Internationally for construction by many countries, including USA, Germany, Canada and some developed countries.
Passive House the world’s most energy efficient building standard offers that it can save more than 90% energy consumption and it's not only a saving on energy but also a comfortable indoor environment for both homes, public buildings and commercial complexes. This is the Passive House standard.
The Passive House concept works by providing high levels of insulation in the exterior walls and floor to keep heat inside during the winter and outside during the summer. This insulation helps reduce the energy needed to heat and cool the building by up to 90% compared to conventional buildings, lowering the cost of electricity and air conditioning.
Overall, the Passive House concept is a holistic approach to building design that focuses on energy efficiency, affordability, and sustainability. By following Passive House standard, architects and Engineers follow this standard to build comfortable, healthy, and affordable buildings that are better for the environment and more sustainable in the long term.
In addition to Insulation, Passive House buildings also use high-performance windows and doors to keep heat in and out. These windows and doors are designed to minimize heat loss and gain, which helps to reduce the building's energy usage.
The Passive House concept also emphasizes the importance of proper ventilation. Proper ventilation helps keep the air inside the building fresh and promotes better health, preventing mold and other indoor air quality problems.
Passive House was formally established in 2019, in the Iraq-Kurdistan Region since then, it has begun to work under the direction of the International Passive House Association (IPHA).
Passive House in Iraq designs and implements projects in accordance with global standards.
In the Iraq-Kurdistan Region, we achieved some outstanding results after putting in a lot of effort.
After completing multiple projects in practice, we were able to resolve the issue of cooling and heating buildings.
One of the essential aspects of a passive house is the accessibility of fresh air,
and a passive house is not just about heat and cold; it also eliminates outside noise
because of its superior sound insulation,
Multiple perfect filters guarantee that any potentially dangerous components are eliminated from the air before it reaches the building, ensuring that it is constantly fresh and clean.
Passive housing consumes 90% less energy while eliminating the need for artificial air conditioning, outside noise, heat, and cooling.
