Description
MS POLYMER, which dries and forms a waterproof insulation layer on the surfaces it is applied to,is a polymer-based, single-component waterproofing product.

Surface preparation before application
• The surfaces to be applied should be dry or slightly damp.
• The surfaces should be clean, solid, free of carrier and free particles.
• In open environments such as terraces, corners should be chamfered horizontally or
vertically at a 45° angle and made ready for insulation.
• Layers that will reduce adhesion such as oil, grease, dirt, paint, cement grout, rust, mold
oil, salt efflorescence should be completely cleaned before application.
• After the surface is ready, primer application should be started.
Application
• The surfaces to be applied are primed with a single coat by diluting the product itself with 50% MS Polymer.
• MS Polymer application is started no later than 8 hours after the primer application.
• Application should be made with a roller or brush in 2 coats on surfaces where the ground has been prepared.
• The application of each coat should be perpendicular to the previous one and should be completed in one go.
• In order for the sealing to be healthy, chamfering should be done where necessary on horizontal or vertical parts.
• 5 to 10 hours should be waited between coats. Drying time may be longer in low temperatures and high humidity
environments.
Packaging and consumption
• MS Polymer is offered in a bucket as 10 kg to 18 kg liquid ready to use, it is not diluted.
• Grey, white, brick, RAL colors are produced.
• The consumption rate varies according to the application technique and the absorbency of the surface.
• A controlled sample is recommended for exact consumption.
• The specified rates are theoretical standards and may vary depending on the application method and usage intensity.
Storage
• In its original packaging, it should be stacked up to 4 times.
• It should be stored in a closed area.
• Necessary precautions should be taken against water, humidity, frost and severe weather conditions.
• It should be stored on a pallet and in a dry place between +10°C and +25°C.
• Punctured, opened and burst buckets should be closed or used immediately.
• If the specified storage conditions are followed, the storage life is 12 months.
Warnings and precaution
• It should not be applied to wet and frozen surfaces.
• Pay attention to the safety signs and warnings indicated on the packaging.
• Adequate ventilation should be provided in workshops, open flames and high heat should be avoided.
• Mix well before application. Do not leave the lid of the packaging open.
• Avoid application in weather conditions where rain is expected or under rain.
• Contact with skin, eyes and mouth should be avoided and the application should be carried out by taking the necessary work safety measures.
• Avoid application at temperatures below +10°C and above +30°C, do not try to use frozen material by adding water.
