Shari Aram one of Passive House Company projects,
Shari Aram is one of the special projects and architectural masterpieces of Iraq, consists of eight towers (33) floors divided into two types (A) and type (B),  type (B) towers that are four towers on an area of more than 100,000 m² square meters, Passive House supply and apply thermal insulation plaster for these towers.
The material used for the facade of the buildings is a special product of Passive House brand (Insulation Plaster Link Product), which has energy conservation characteristics due to the lowest thermal conductivity (0.047 W/m K), and this product due to the presence of special polymer fibers It has strong resistance to cracks.
This product is very well to reducing outside noise and making it a comfortable environment for residents in the towers.
This project was a difficult and new challenge for us, due to the geographical location of the project and the architectural shape of the buildings, and the strong win load in the area makes the work more difficult, and each building has more than 40 facades ,while normal buildings maximum has 12 facades.
And this project requires a large number of climbers (scaffoalding) with the need to have more than 40 people daily working on the project continuously.
The most distinctive point of this project is that despite all the challenges we were able to complete the project with very high quality, despite the height of the project that is more than 110 meters high each tower, we proud of this project because we did it in accuracy +-2mm ! It’s highest accuracy you can achieve in application of thermal insulation plaster for skyscrapers towers!
