Finishing of Royal Hotel by Passive House

The Royal Hotel is one of the beautiful and private hotels in Sulaymaniyah which is located opposite the German village on the circular street of Malik Mahmud.

Passive House Insulation plaster is used to finishing of this beautiful project.

Passive House Insulation Plaster is containing Portland cement, expanded silicates, and
inorganic fillers. It is modified with additives, which are not harmful to health and the environment,
according to European filler directives and ISO requirements. It fulfills HEAT, SOUND, and FIRE
insulation conditions.

It is used directly on the exterior walls of buildings, columns  and beams, on rough and fine plaster, brick, and pumice bloc.
The primer must be used necessarily on concrete, gas concrete, and painted surfaces.
